EMD Funding Request Form

Fee structure:

1. We charge a NON-REFUNDABLE 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum), credited toward the fees if the deal goes through. This fee will be wired/zelled directly to us and paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between the initial deposit and fee.

2. The fee we charge for EMD is based on a case-by-case evaluation of each deal's merit. All funding ranges are subject to change based on each individual deal and our discretion.
